Apple's iPhone 5 Preorders hit 2million in 24hours

     Online iPhone 5 orders exceeded 2m on Friday, the first day consumers could makes purchases over the web, Apple said yesterday.The iPhone 5 will be available in shops in the UK, the US and other countries from Friday, September 21 with a further 22 countries getting the device a week later.

     Apple said that while most orders will be delivered on Friday, demand for the iPhone 5 exceeds the initial supply.
