A study published in the journal Psychological Bulletin ensures that a person can increase their happiness if one meets these steps. The science Journal offers 13 keys to achieve or increase the happiness of a person.

1. Spending money on others: "The happiest people are the most generous donors," say from the study's findings. They say spending money on others rather than self, makes us happier.

2. Note the good things that we live for the day: those detailing every night at least three good things that happened during the day, they will be happier. This was confirmed by Martin Seligman, a professor at the University of Pennsylvania.

3. Trying something new: this point is to warn of the need to change the routine, new experiences and emotions. We will be more happy if we stimulate our brain waves when exposed to new challenges.

4. Anticipating future moments of satisfaction, thinking being to present a pleasant situation, makes people feel happier in different studies.

5. Blue Painting life: this color gives "self confidence, reduces stress and increases happiness." When a person is exposed to blue your brain waves show higher level of happiness. So say researchers at the University of Sussex in the UK.

6. Set goals: to increase happiness, you need to set personal goals, whether short, medium or long term. Neuroscientist Richard Davidson of the University of Wisconsin, found that working for a goal suppress negative emotions, in addition to activating positive feelings.

7. Stop defending personal views on certain occasions:"People can save 99% of your psychological energy and feel happier if allowed to defend his point of view," said the doctor, writer and lecturer Deepak Chopra.
