FIFA awarded the best goalkeeper so far at the World Cup to Chilean Claudio Bravo. The report according to the Castrol Index federation, which evaluates the performance of the players according to their effectiveness in the game and their functions also had Nigerian goalkeeper in the list of top 10 best goalkeepers in the ongoing world cup.
Bravo, who has just joined the FC Barcelona, received a score of 9.26 (1 to 10) of the Castrol Index, above Thibaut Courtois of Belgium (9.05) and Keylor Navas de Costa Rica (9.04) .
Vincent Enyeama of Nigeria (8.96) ranked fourth, David Ospina of Colombia (8.75) and Guillermo Ochoa of Mexico (8.74) completed the top six.
