Twitter users and followers-Dr. Bassem Youssef from Egypt. Nigeria's Wizkid, Ghana's Kofi Kingston. Kenya's president Uhuru Kenyatta. South Africa's Casper Lee. Togo's Emmanuel Adebayor and Rwanda's president Paul Kagame are amongst the top 15 most twitter followers in Africa.

Interesting to note here is that the list is made up of musicians, writers, TV host, celeb and few presidents. Not alot of politicians and few women.
