Male Nurses caught performing sexual acts with 98year old stroke patient

 Two male nurses in San Diego, California are under investigation after home surveillance video captured them engaging in sexual acts with a 98-year-old bedridden stroke patient and with each other.
California state officials are now working to revoke the licenses issued to nurses Russel Torralba and Alfredo V. Ruiz, XETV reported.

The home video shows the pair dressed in blue nurse uniforms fondling one another, masturbating and touching the hand and face of their helpless female patient. Another recording showed one of them kissing and performing sexual acts with the 98 yr old patient.  An attorney said that in another clip, one of the nurses places the elderly patient's hand inside his pants. While the paralyzed female patient, who was not identified, is unable to call for help, she is conscious of herself and her surroundings.

The patient's family had installed security cameras in her home to keep an eye on the care provided by private 12-hour nurses hired through a company called AMS Home Care Solutions, according to family lawyer William Berman. "What they saw was horrific," said Berman. "These acts are unfathomable."


The city's district attorney's office is currently reviewing the case for possible criminal charges, according to XETV.
