Twitter celebrates 7 years of life

The first tweet was sent by one of the founders Jack Dorsey, dating back to March 21, 2006. Since then the platform was officially launched and opened to the public on July 15 of that year. The 140-character microblog - which has 200 million active users per month is 7 years old. Happy birthday twitter.
