The police patrol noticed the car traveling with lights off at night in south of Brisbane. The driver was a 7 year old boy, who was handed over to relatives.
The man in the passenger seat, who had been drinking heavily was charged with dangerous behavior in a motor vehicle, and alcohol status with a child under his responsibility, police said.
