Where is Sandy?

Residents woke up on Tuesday to massive flooding, Snow, Fire, blackout homes and the daunting task of cleaning up from Sandy 

 Power remained out for roughly 7.6 million people, bridges remained closed, and seven subway tunnels under the East River remained flooded.

At least 168 people remain stranded in about 59 locations in the New York boroughs of Manhattan, Staten Island, Queens and Brooklyn on Tuesday, a U.S. Coast Guard commander told CNN.

The storm is now regarded as the most destructive in the 108-year history of New York City’s subway system, said Joseph J. Lhota, the chairman of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, in an early morning statement.
At least 34 deaths are tied to the Sandy, which toppled trees and sparked fires in several areas, The Associated Press reported.
Frankenstorm, Halloweenstorm and Superstorm Sandy has been creating waves up to 20 feet on Lake Ontario, something CNN affiliate WGRZ calls "unprecedented in living memory."
