Africa's biggest city kicks off the fourth edition of the Lagos carnival over the weekend at Tafawa Balewa Square in Lagos. Here is the highlights of the 2013 Lagos Carnival
What began as street parades developed into a more organized competition among Nigerians across the country. Lagos Carnival drew top tourist and the festival is expected to generate millions in income.
